Every Core Peptides order ships from a US-based fulfillment center using cold-chain insulated packaging and tracked carrier delivery. Below is exactly what to expect from order to arrival.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories. International shipping is not currently available to preserve cold-chain integrity.

Order cutoff & processing
- Payment confirmed before 2:00 PM ET Mon–Fri → ships same business day.
- Payment confirmed after cutoff or on weekends → ships next business day.
- You'll receive a tracking email the moment a label is generated.
Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for several days, but we still ship every order with a frozen gel pack inside an insulated mailer. This protects against summer heat in transit and keeps reconstitution-ready vials in optimal condition.
Discreet packaging
Outer packaging is plain — no branding, no product names, no markings indicating what's inside. The return address shows a generic shipping name.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but didn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email sales@corepeptides.com with your order number within 7 days. We'll either replace the order or refund the affected items after carrier investigation.
